We are seeking a Board-Certified Geriatric Medicine Physician to join a growing outpatient primary care clinic serving an underserved senior population in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity allows physicians to practice value-based care with a strong focus on prevention, quality outcomes, and meaningful long-term patient relationships.
Position Summary
- Full-time, permanent Geriatric Medicine Physician position
- 100% outpatient primary care
- Monday"Friday schedule
- No nights, no weekends, no hospital call
- Small patient panel for continuity and improved outcomes
- Average 12"15 patients per day
- Dedicated Medical Assistant and Medical Scribe for support
