• Base Salary: $665,000 (guaranteed 23 years)
• RVU Bonus: $93.36 per RVU after 7,000
• Sign-On Bonus: $75,000
• Relocation: $10,000
• Training Stipend: $1,000/month
• PTO: 4 weeks + CME week ($4,500 + $1,000)
• Retirement: 403(b) + 457

Schedule & Practice Structure

• Flexible 45 day workweek
• Patients per day is based on your preference
• Outpatient-focused with inpatient consults
• APPs take 1st call
• 13 exam rooms 15 infusion chairs
