Competitive $27.36/hr pay with training provided and potential temp-to-hire. Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $27.36

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift - PipelinePSD: Must interview. 2nd Shift: Mon. – Fri., 1:45pm – 10:00pm

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production processes
• Perform quality checks and document results accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and report problems promptly
• Follow detailed instructions and adhere to production schedules

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Ability to pass a urine drug test (5 Panel) and background check
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Availability to work the specified shifts and days
