A health services organization in New York is currently seeking a licensed Physician, with aFamily and/or Internal Medicinebackground, for a promising opportunity at one of their facilities in Rockland County.
About the Opportunity:

- Patient Population: Adults
- Patient Volume: 15 to 20 per day
Responsibilities:
The Primary Care Physician will:
- Diagnose and treat a variety of common medical conditions
- Manage chronic conditions, monitor patients' progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed to maintain optimal health
- Educate patients about their health conditions and help them understand their treatment options, medications, and lifestyle modifications
- Conduct regular physical examinations to assess a patient's overall health and detect early signs of diseases or health issues
- Prescribe and manage medications, including monitoring potential side effects and adjusting treatment plans, as needed
- Treat common acute illnesses, injuries, and infections
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records to ensure continuity of care and coordination with other healthcare providers
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York
- Board Eligible in Family and/or Internal Medicine
- Primary Care background

- Board Certified in Family and/or Internal Medicine
