Schedule: Full-Time, Monday Friday Outpatient Only

Base Salary: $240,000 $260,000 + Production Incentives
Position Highlights100% outpatient care no hospital duties
OB optional based on physician preference
Join a team of 2 physicians and 1 NP
Full patient age spectrum: pediatrics to geriatrics
On-site basic lab and minor procedures
EPIC EMR (preferred)
Teaching opportunities with medical residents
Candidate RequirementsBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine (within 5 years of residency) Required
Indiana medical license or willing to obtain Required
BLS, ACLS, DEA certification or willing to obtain Required
Experience treating all age groups Required
COVID-19 vaccination Required
Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
