We are seeking an experienced Psychologist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in South Dakota, starting Dec 22, 2025. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, 8am to 5pm, providing care in a collaborative behavioral health environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in pediatrics, family counseling, and medication-assisted treatment. Job Details Location: South Dakota Start Date: Dec 22, 2025 LOA: 60 days Provider Type Needed: Psychologist Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm Responsibilities and Duties Provide pediatric and family counseling services Conduct social detox evaluations and medication updates Prescribe naltrexone and manage ADHD medications Administer injections as needed Perform follow-up appointments with patients every 1 to 3 months Support medication-assisted treatment (MAT) programs Collaborate with on-site behavioral health nurses and psychiatric nurse practitioners Manage prescription refills and therapy sessions Additional Information No new grads; prior experience required Must hold a valid psychology license for South Dakota Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
