Locum tenens Urologist; inpatient hospital with ED coverage; call-only Mon 7am–Fri 7am; ongoing coverage with additional dates; Indiana; average 2 surgeries/day, 5 patients/day, 3–5 consults; phone consults 5–10/day; call response within 60 minutes. - MD/DO with completed Urology residency - Adult urology experience including ureteroscopy (required) - Active state medical license or ability to obtain Indiana license - DEA registration or eligibility - Credentialing/privileging completed or able to complete for facility
