🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8–10 years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B software/SaaS, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success building and managing enterprise sales teams, consistently exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience selling to enterprise clients (financial services, insurance, or related sectors preferred)
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and pipeline management best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strategic thinker, results-driven, and collaborative team leader

📌 Must Haves (Day-to-Day Leadership Tasks)

  • Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives to achieve weekly and quarterly targets
  • Drive enterprise prospecting strategy and ensure consistent pipeline growth across regions
  • Oversee delivery of product demonstrations and discovery calls to uncover client pain points and objectives
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates for all team sales activities
  • Provide regular pipeline and revenue forecasts to senior management
  • Ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success and Implementation teams post-sale
  • Gather client feedback and relay insights to Product and Marketing teams to influence roadmap
  • Represent the company as a thought leader in AI solutions at industry events and conferences
