We are seeking a Sales Director (Enterprise AI Solutions) to lead growth in the enterprise market by delivering cutting-edge AI solutions. 🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8–10 years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B software/SaaS, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven success building and managing enterprise sales teams, consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Experience selling to enterprise clients (financial services, insurance, or related sectors preferred)
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and pipeline management best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic thinker, results-driven, and collaborative team leader
📌 Must Haves (Day-to-Day Leadership Tasks)
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives to achieve weekly and quarterly targets
- Drive enterprise prospecting strategy and ensure consistent pipeline growth across regions
- Oversee delivery of product demonstrations and discovery calls to uncover client pain points and objectives
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates for all team sales activities
- Provide regular pipeline and revenue forecasts to senior management
- Ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success and Implementation teams post-sale
- Gather client feedback and relay insights to Product and Marketing teams to influence roadmap
- Represent the company as a thought leader in AI solutions at industry events and conferences
