This role is for a Family Practice physician without OB responsibilities serving as a Center Clinical Director for a primary care outpatient facility focused on senior patients with chronic diseases. The position emphasizes leadership, managing PCPs and NPs, and delivering value-based care with comprehensive benefits including partnership, relocation, and paid time off. Candidates must be board certified or eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics and possess leadership and clinical experience in relevant fields.

COMPENSATION: $260-$290k base + Bonus and Partnership

Role:

Salary: Base $280,000-$300,000
Hours: Monday Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)

Requirements:

Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
Education: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience preferred
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
