Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ER RN for night shifts in Hawaii with HI RN license and required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work in a 28-bed Emergency Department with 4 trauma bays, 2 behavioral health rooms, and 22 cardiac monitor rooms
• Patient population includes trauma, behavioral health, and cardiac monitoring cases
• Fast-paced and high patient turnover environment
• Team-oriented setting
• Night shifts consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week, following the first week of orientation
• All travelers must report to Employee Health 48-72 hours before the assignment starts
• Candidates should plan to arrive in Hawaii the Thursday before a Monday start to complete Employee Health requirements
• One week of orientation prior to starting assigned shifts

Requirements

• Active HI RN license required by the start of assignment
• Minimum of 2 years recent ER RN experience required
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, and PALS
