Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient position with orthopedic, work comp, and pelvic patient populations.
Responsibilities
- Outpatient therapy clinic setting
- Patient population includes orthopedic, workers' compensation, and pelvic floor cases
- Expected caseload is 12-14 patients per day with double-booking for follow-up visits
- Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
- 8-hour day shifts with expectation to work up to 40 hours per week
- No floating to other clinics required
- No on-call duties required
- Option to work within this clinic or a neighboring clinic with the Travel Team
- Primary responsibilities include assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of orthopedic, work comp, and pelvic floor patients
- Double booking of follow-up visits is expected to meet productivity standards
- Support available from clinic and travel team staff
- No floating required, allowing for continuity with patient care
- Scrub or business casual attire may be acceptable, based on clinic policy
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license required if applicable
- Outpatient experience is preferred
- Open to first-time travelers and new graduates
