The role is for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to provide outpatient family practice care in a supportive, team-oriented rural health system. The position offers flexible full- or part-time schedules, competitive compensation with benefits, and resources for professional growth. Froedtert ThedaCare, a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for our Wild Rose, WIlocation. Practice Highlights:
Clinic Hours: M-F 7:00a-5:00p and S 8:00a-12:00p
Call Rotation: Reasonable and equitable call schedule spread evenly among all providers. ThedaCare On Call, a nurse triage service, screen all calls before transferring them to the on-call provider.

For the outdoor enthusiast, Wild Rose is home to over a dozen clear, fresh water lakes with sandy beaches and miles of rivers and creeks, ideal for fishing, swimming and boating. Wild Rose is integral to the fishing industry in Wisconsin with a fish hatchery, as well as plenty of hunting options throughout the county. There are over 30 miles of snowmobile trails, a local ski resort (Nordic Mountain), as well as plenty of summer activities, such as hiking, canoeing, kayaking, camping, and more. Wild Rose also hosts an annual car show every September, bringing in many to the community.

- Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based family medicine, with inpatient and/or procedural opportunities if desired
- 1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly
- Join an established team of 2 physicians and 3 APCs
- Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
- Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools

- Two-year salary guarantee providing financial stability during practice start-up
- Transition to a production-based compensation plan in year three, rewarding productivity and growth
- Sign-on bonus offered to support a smooth transition into practice
