Albany Med Health System Internal Medicine and Pediatrics is recruiting a full-time outpatient faculty member to join our dynamic team. Our combined Medicine-Pediatrics residency program of 16 residents was started in 1980 and is one of the oldest in the country. We also have the oldest combined outpatient training site for Med-Peds residents. Our busy off-site practice, currently with 8 attendings, is located in a suburb just north of Albany in a state-of-the-art building. We are an NCQA level 3 certified patient-centered medical home.
Additionally, we are the home to the first combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Sports Medicine Fellowship Program in the country. Our sports medicine attendings work with many different local colleges and sports programs and have also served as physicians for the US Olympic Committee and other international organizations.
Competitive salary range: $209,000-$234,000 based on experience and academic rank.
