Position, Compensation & Organization
- Hospital-employed, outpatient Gastroenterology practice
- No local competition with strong, established referral base
- Dedicated GI suite block time; ERCPs required
- APP support in clinic for follow-up visits
- $675,000 base salary plus monthly production incentives at $85/RVU
- Quality bonus opportunities
