- MD #2: 7:00a – 1:00p

- CRNA serves as backup call

- Obstetrics (400 deliveries/year; ~136 after 6 pm
- Regional Anesthesia: Yes — proficiency required (Spinals, Epidurals, Blocks)
- OB/Epidurals: MD performs labor epidurals (especially after 6pm)

- 7 CRNAs
- Combination of supervising & doing own cases depending on shift
- Board Certified (ABA)
- Active & Unrestricted NC Medical License (clean file for quick temps)
- Proficiency in regional blocks & OB anesthesia
- Ability to cover days + call
- Comfortable in a mixed supervision/solo model
