One of our Partners, in Virginia is seeking Board-Certified Critical Care Pulmonologists to provide daytime ICU coverage beginning June 2026. This assignment offers 12-hour day shifts with no call, manageable patient volumes, and support from an established ICU care team.
This opportunity provides top tier compensation based on market data with a provider pay range of $230-$250 per hour and is well suited for providers seeking consistent, predictable schedules without overnight or call responsibilities.
Assignment HighlightsDaytime ICU coverage only - no nights, no call

Board Certified in Critical Care Pulmonology
Experience managing adult and geriatric ICU patients
Proficiency with:
Pulmonary ICU management
Bronchoscopies
Advanced pulmonary equipment (ION)
Recent Epic EMR experience (within the past year preferred)
Comfortable working independently with interdisciplinary ICU support
Job ResponsibilitiesProvide daytime ICU coverage for pulmonary critical care patients
Perform pulmonary procedures, including bronchoscopy
Coordinate care with ICU nursing staff, respiratory therapists, and consulting services
Document all patient encounters accurately in Epic
Participate in ICU rounds and care planning
