What You'll Do:

• Perform a wide range of complex neurosurgical procedures to treat a variety of brain and spinal conditions.
• Conduct thorough consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate patients and families about their diagnoses and treatment options.
• Work collaboratively with the neurosurgery team, including fellow surgeons, APPs, and support staff, to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records within the electronic medical records system.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in neurosurgery and participate in continuing medical education opportunities.

Who You Are:

• Board-certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery (ABNS) or board-eligible with a demonstrated track record of clinical excellence.
• Possess or be eligible to obtain an active state medical license in Washington State.
• A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• The ability to maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records within the electronic medical records system.
