Create your team including dedicated GI hospitalists committed to excellence in advanced endoscopic surgery, as well as routine gastrointestinal care. AtlantiCare is seeking a forward-thinking gastroenterologist with a strong background in clinical care and leadership. Someone who thrives on building programs, shaping culture, while training the next generation. AtlantiCare has a robust GI referral network, and strong infrastructure. You ll have guaranteed endoscopic time and strong volume from day one.
- Develop and lead an academic division blending clinical excellence, education, and research
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of faculty, fellows, and staff
- Expand advanced GI services, including endoscopy, inpatient, and outpatient care
- Serve as a hands-on leader rounding, consulting, and managing complex GI cases
- Drive strategic growth for the GI service line in collaboration with system leadership
