Practice Details
- Established GI service with strong regional referrals and minimal local competition
- Dedicated endoscopy suite with full anesthesia support and advanced equipment
- Broad procedural mix with ERCP required; EUS welcome but not mandatory
- Support from hospitalists and emergency medicine to streamline inpatient care
Schedule
- 4 to 4.5-day workweek with three procedure days and clinic time
- Call rotation of 1:3 with low overnight burden
- Predictable workflow that allows you to maintain balance
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $755,000 with production-based incentives
- $75,000 sign-on bonus, relocation support, and loan repayment options
- 30 days PTO plus 5 CME days and CME stipend
- Malpractice with tail, full benefits, and employer-matched retirement
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- ERCP experience required; EUS interest welcomed
- Eligible for Mississippi medical licensure
- Open to J-1 and H-1B visa candidates
