Reputable SNF is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Physical Therapist to join the team in Saluda, SC. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.
Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Skilled
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Preferred Qualifications
Proper State License
Skilled Nursing/long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience)
Rehab Optima (Net Health)
COVID-19 Vaccination card/documentation - No Declinations Accepted
