• Join a collegial group of 5 Family Medicine physicians and 3 NPs
• Option for a 4 or 5-day work week
• Outpatient only
• The service area of approx. 200,000 residents
• The practice has EPIC EMR and PACS as well as access to lab, x-ray, MRI, and CT on site
