MS/Tele Registered Nurse - Ortho Unit

Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.
ScheduleNight shift: 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) with every other weekend and holiday as required.
Job DescriptionThe MS/Tele Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care in the orthopedic unit, focusing on orthopedic and spine patients, including joint replacements, fracture repairs, and various medical/surgical diagnoses.
Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history.
- Assist with patient activities and rehabilitation exercises.
- Provide support and education to patients and their families.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members for optimal patient care.
- Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in MS/Tele with a focus on orthopedics/spine.
- Current RN license in Maryland or compact license.
- Certifications: BLS, NIHSS required.
- Previous charge experience preferred.
