About the Opportunity
Work alongside a dedicated team of anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, and perfusionists to deliver comprehensive anesthesia care for:
- CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) procedures
- Electrophysiology (EP) cases
- Structural Heart interventions
As a CRNA, you will be responsible for pre-anesthesia assessments, administration of general and regional anesthesia, intraoperative monitoring, and post-anesthesia recovery.
Schedule & Environment
- Monday Friday schedule
- No call or weekends
- Supportive, team-based care model High-acuity cardiac cases in a well-equipped facility
- Strong culture and administrative support
Compensation & Benefits
- Excellent compensation based on years of experience - median $245K
- $75K Sign-on bonus
- $25K Incentive bonus Year 4
- $2500 CME & 3 Paid Days

Requirements
- Active Florida ARNP License
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
