We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Wound Care & Ostomy Clinic in Troy, NY. This role is ideal for a provider with a passion for wound care management, ostomy education, and patient-centered care.

Full-time, Monday-FridayNo weekends, no call
Inpatient & Outpatient Responsibilities Work closely with Colorectal & Urology surgeons
Comprehensive Ostomy Care Pre-surgery site markings, education, and follow-up care
Patient Education & Care Coordination Provide thorough assessments and individualized care plans
Evidence-Based Practices Utilize advanced wound care techniques to promote healing
Collaborative Environment Work alongside a multidisciplinary team

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (by start date) Required
Active NY License (or willingness to obtain) Required
Wound, Ostomy, & Continence Nursing (WOCN) Certification Required (No Exceptions)
DEA License (or willingness to obtain) Required
1+ Year of NP Employment Experience (preferably in wound care/ostomy management) Highly Preferred
Strong communication skills & dedication to patient care
