Collaborate effectively with referring physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each patient. Manage inpatients with acute and chronic pain conditions, working closely with the hospital care team to ensure coordinated care. Participate in daily rounding and patient care discussions, contributing your expertise to optimize pain management strategies. Integrate seamlessly with the Epic electronic medical record system to document patient encounters, procedures, and treatment plans.
