The role requires a Virginia Real Estate Broker License, significant experience, and strong knowledge of commercial real estate laws, technology platforms, and marketing strategies.

Commercial Broker Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary $90K, plus commission

Commercial Broker Responsibilities:
- Lead market analysis to identify trends, valuations, and investment opportunities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, property owners, and investors
- Oversee the strategic listing, marketing, and positioning of commercial properties
- Negotiate and manage complex lease and sale transactions from start to close
- Ensure transaction documentation is accurate, compliant, and risk-aware
- Drive business development through networking, referrals, and market leadership
- Collaborate with leadership and mentor junior brokers
Commercial Broker Requirements:
- BS degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of commercial real estate broker experience and a successful track record of business transactions
- Virginia Real Estate Broker License required, and having surrounding State brokers' licenses is a plus
- CCIM designation or auction-based transaction experience preferred
- Through understanding of the commercial real estate market, laws and regulations, and best practices involved in real estate transactions
- Experience with MLS platforms, CRM systems, and advanced Microsoft Office
