BetheNurseManagerYou'veAlwaysAspiredto BeYourimpactfuljourneyinvolves:
- Supervises the provision of nursing care, treatment, and services on assigned shift or unit.
- Ensures all patient care activities are completed as required.
- Assigns the appropriate nursing personnel necessary to provide care and ensures their presence.
- ·Identifies training needs and resources for staff with other organizational leaders.
- Celebratingpatientvictoriesalongtheway.
Qualifications- CurrentRNlicensureasrequiredbystate regulations.
- BLScertificationwithACLScertificationtobeobtainedwithinoneyearofstartingposition.
- CRRNcertificationtobeobtainedwithinayearofmeetingtheeligibility requirements.
- Bachelor'sDegreeinNursingorrelatedfieldpreferred.
- Five yearsofnursing experience with two years recently inaninpatienthospitalsetting
- Previousleadershiprole,suchaschargenurseorleadcapacity,whereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
