Position: Travel CT Tech (726) Facility: Swedish Medical Center Shift: Wed/Thu/Fri, 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM Unit: CT – 3rd Floor, Main Hospital Address: 501 E. Hampden Ave., Englewood, CO Unit Information: CT Scanners: 3 currently, soon to be 4 Staffing: 13 total (8 FT, 1 PT, 3 PRN, 1 Transporter) Day Shift: 1 charge, 4 day techs, 2 mid-shift, 1 transporter (M-F) Night Shift: 2 techs Patient Ratios: N/A Equipment: GE Revolution 512 scanner GE Evolution 128 scanner GE 64 slice scanner (OP) GE 128 Frontier scanner (go live 10/6/20) EMR: Meditech Requirements: Must Have: CT Registered Ability to multitask, work fast-paced, and independently Preferred/Nice-to-Have: Trauma and stroke experience IV skills Typical Procedures: Stroke Trauma Head, chest, abdomen/pelvis scans CTA Personality Fit: Positive attitude, customer service-focused Good communicator Independent worker Unit Highlights & Benefits: Comprehensive Stroke Center of Excellence Level 1 Trauma Center Advanced imaging technology: 512 scanner + 2 128-slice scanners, new scanner installed 10/5/20 Convenient location: close to Denver University and downtown Denver Access to mountains for 4-season outdoor recreation
