The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with acute and chronic pain conditions using a multimodal approach. Conduct comprehensive pain evaluations for new and established patients. Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating medication management, interventional procedures, and patient education. Provide counseling on pain management strategies and certify eligible patients for medical cannabis use. Monitor medication compliance through Prescription Drug Monitoring Programs (PDPM) and urine drug screening. Perform trigger point injections, joint injections, and occipital nerve blocks. Administer epidural steroid injections, facet blocks, sacroiliac (SI) joint injections, intercostal blocks, and radiofrequency ablations (including cold ablation).
