An office-based practice in Queens is currently seeking an Endocrinologist for a promising opportunity with their growing team. About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week Hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm, no call Setting: Outpatient Responsibilities: The Endocrinologist will be responsible for: Diagnosing various endocrine disorders such as diabetes, thyroid disorders (hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism), adrenal disorders (Cushing's syndrome, Addison's disease), pituitary disorders, metabolic disorders, and more Developing treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific condition Educating patients about their condition, including its causes, symptoms, treatment options, and potential complications Monitoring patients' progress closely through regular follow-up appointments and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on changes in symptoms, lab results, or other factors Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications: Current unrestricted NYS medical license BE/BC in Endocrinology (MD/DO) BLS or ACLS certification required Desired Skills: 1-3+ years of experience in outpatient setting Interest in Population Health Management.
