Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Dialysis team on a PRN basis in Warm Springs, GA. The ideal candidate will provide safe, effective dialysis care while ensuring excellent patient outcomes in an acute or chronic setting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and monitor dialysis treatments according to physician orders
- Assess patients before, during, and after dialysis procedures
- Monitor vital signs and respond to adverse reactions
- Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed
- Maintain dialysis equipment and ensure infection control standards
- Educate patients and families on dialysis care and treatment plans
- Document patient care accurately and timely
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
- Dialysis experience preferred
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
