Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Devils Lake, North Dakota.

- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- PALS (preferred)
- Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity
- Is scrubbing required for RNs: willingness to learn preferred, but not required
- Experience or 'Must have' skills: endoscopy and c-section experience preferred, but not required, scrub or willingness to learn to scrub required
- Shifts & Scheduling: Monday-Friday 6a-2:30p with 1 in 3 on call after hours
- Do you allow self-scheduling Block scheduling: Block scheduling
- Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1-2 nights of call required during the week
- Weekend/Call Requirements: every 3rd weekend
- Holiday/Call Requirements: rotating holiday call coverage - 6 recognized CHI holidays
- What is call response time: 20 mins, but we respond ASAP
- Floating Requirements: if we don't have surgical cases we float to the admission/discharge side of surgery to help with outpatient IV therapy, wound dressing changes, and blood products transfusion
- How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation: 1-2 weeks for usual caseload, variable length for buddy on-call orientation depending on how many surgical cases we get called in for and comfort level of new staff
