- Licensure: Any State license accepted
- Credentialing: 45-60 days
Minimum Requirements for Consideration- Board Certified/ Board Eligible, Certifications: BE/BC ER/IM/FP/PEDS or GP with appropriate ER experience; BLS/ACLS/PALS/ATLS No ATLS if BC EM
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, ATLS
- Licensure: Any unrestricted state license and DEA
