What you'll need to be successful:
RBT Credential with an active status through the BACB
Reliable transportation to homes within the greater Northern New Jersey area
Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks prior to working with our learners
Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy in every interaction with learners, caregivers, and supervision team
