- Schedule: 24-hour call coverage from 7pm-7pm, 7-day stints (Monday pm to Monday pm), 2 weeks per month available, extremely flexible; 1-2 procedures on OR days, 2-3 OR days per week
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide 24-hour call coverage with a 15-minute response by phone and 60-minute response at bedside from hotel
- Deliver urological consultation and surgical care, including dedicated OR blocks and clinic visits
- Manage an average of 2-3 consults per day, including phone calls from the ER for potential office visits
- Perform 1-2 surgical procedures on OR days
- Participate in orientation as scheduled
Additional Information
- Must hold active licensure in Illinois and Iowa
- Board certification in Urological Surgery required
- Prior experience with urology surgery essential
