Daily functions:
• Engaging in meaningful conversations with potential clients through at least 60 - 70 personalized outreach calls, focusing on building genuine connections and understanding their unique needs
• Nurturing client relationships through effective communication and trust-building strategies.
• Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead generation.
• Tailoring staffing service proposals to meet clients' unique needs and objectives, showcasing our services' value and benefits.
• Collaborating closely with the recruiting team to ensure seamless and customized staffing solutions for clients.
• Demonstrating adaptability in selling tactics to suit different client preferences and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Resolving conflicts with empathy and patience, focusing on finding mutually beneficial resolutions.
• Thriving in both office and field environments, excelling in face-to-face interactions and virtual communications.
• Delivering engaging and impactful presentations that effectively captivate audiences and communicate the value proposition.
• Handling rejection with resilience and maintaining a positive mindset to bounce back from setbacks.
• Exuding a high level of professionalism in all interactions, maintaining integrity and ethical standards throughout the sales process.

Desired Qualifications:
• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum one year of customer service or sales experience, demonstrating a genuine passion for serving others and building strong relationships (required).
• Proven track record of working in an environment with daily and weekly performance goals, showcasing a drive for achieving targets while maintaining a human-centric approach.
• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Suite, web-based programs, and possessing basic computer knowledge, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of technology in daily tasks.
• Previous experience in a customer service setting, highlighting a commitment to delivering exceptional service and addressing client needs with empathy and care.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective and engaging interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in long sales cycles, exhibiting patience, perseverance, and the ability to build trust and rapport over an extended period.
• Skilled in executing administrative tasks and paperwork with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in documentation.
