Opportunity:
Physician - Surgery - Cardiovascular
Job Details:
• Perform CABG and Valvular Surgery procedures (Aortic, Tricuspid, Mitral)
• Board certification required with current ACLS certification
• Comprehensive surgical skills preferred including general surgery for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients
• Laparoscopic surgery skills preferred (appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernioplasty, Nissen fundoplication)
• Experience with head/neck surgery, chest wall/pleural procedures, and breast surgery preferred
• Vascular surgery experience preferred including aneurysm repairs (thoracic, abdominal), arterial bypass, and peripheral procedures
• GI endoscopy skills (upper, lower, sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy) preferred
• Experience with obstetric & gynecologic surgery including cesarean section, D&C, and hysterectomy preferred
• Ability to perform chest tube insertion, central line insertion, and PA catheter placement
• Ventilation management skills preferred
• Experience with pediatric surgical procedures preferred
• Must have active Arizona medical license (IMLC not accepted)
• 60-day credentialing timeframe with fellowship requirement
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
