American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist experienced with GE VCT 64 and GE EVO 64 systems and at least one year of CT experience.
Responsibilities- Work in a radiology department utilizing GE VCT 64 and GE EVO 64 CT scanners
- Perform CT procedures including head, neck, perfusion, PE studies, runoff studies, GI bleeds, aneurysms, and routine chest, abdominal, and pelvis exams
- Night shift schedule on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from approximately 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Adult patient population
- Occasional perfusion and runoff studies may be required
- Pass/fail EKG testing is required on the first day, with two attempts to pass and study guides provided
- Must be able to gather, verify, and analyze data to complete complex radiology/CT procedures
- 50-mile radius rule applies for eligibility as a traveler
- Locals accepted
- Minimum of 1 year CT experience required
- Minimum of 2 years radiology experience preferred
- ARRT(R) certification and current BLS certification required
- Ohio Department of Health License for Radiologic Technologist required if applicable
- ARRT(CT) certification and ACLS preferred
- Experience with GE VCT 64 and GE EVO 64 CT systems required
- Strong technical skills and ability to analyze multi-step procedures
