This position is for a board-certified or board-eligible family physician to provide full-spectrum outpatient care at community health centers in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The role focuses on serving underserved populations within a mission-driven, not-for-profit ambulatory care system of ten community health centers. Family Medicine in Phoenix 100% Outpatient, Mission-Driven Practice
- Join a unique practice run by physicians for physicians in the exciting greater Phoenix Metropolitan area.
- Looking for mission driven full spectrum, Board Certified/Board Eligible, family physicians (MD or DO) with a passion for serving the underserved and caring for the entire family in their community health centers.
- They are an ambulatory care system of ten community health centers including Family Medicine services.
- The position includes employment through the medical group, a 450+ physician not-for-profit faculty group practice exclusively contracting to provide clinical, administrative, and teaching services and includes all major medical and surgical specialties and subspecialties.
- A successful candidate will work in an outpatient setting within a Community Health Center.
- The FQHCs qualify for both the Federal and State HPSA Loan Repayment Program s and have a system score of 21. As a not-for-profit organization, their employees also qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program (PSLF).
