Hematology/Oncology physician role; full-time, outpatient-focused (avg 16 patients/day) in Iowa at a physician-owned multi‑specialty clinic; shareholder eligibility after 1 year; facility includes labs, imaging, radiation; salary guarantee to start; permanent position. - MD/DO with Hematology/Oncology fellowship - Active state medical license (or eligible) - Board certified/eligible in Hem/Onc - Experience in outpatient oncology preferred - Ability to obtain DEA and meet facility credentialing
