2+ years of Case Management experience required. Shift: 0800-1630 Monday-Friday. Weekend requirement is one weekend shift a month. BLS required. Care Management certification (AMC or CCM) preferred. Will be required to float to sister campuses as needed. 50 mile radius rule !
