3-Site Floating Role Level I Trauma Flexible Scheduling Open to Locals

Position Details

• Specialty: CRNA

• Start Date: ASAP (January 5th start preferred; flexible for later)

• Contract Length: Through end of 2026

• Schedule Options: 8s, 10s, 12s

• Minimum Commitment: 1 shift per week

• Availability: Open to full-time, part-time, and 1 2 weeks/month

Practice Environment

• Sites: 1 Level I Trauma Center + 2 Community Hospitals

• Support Staff: 30+ Anesthesiologists, 70+ CRNAs

• Model: 100% supervised care team model (1:4)

• Hospital Bed Size: 700

• EMR: Cerner

Case Types

• Large Vascular

• Neuro

• High-Risk OB/GYN

• Ortho

• General

• Thoracic

• Few Peds locums are NOT required to do Peds or Hearts

Procedures

CRNAs administer their own medications and perform:

• Epidurals

• Spinals

• Arterial Lines

• Some OB

• Some Trauma (mostly outpatient surgical cases)

No: Brachial plexus or regional anesthesia blocks

Requirements

• Experience: Level I Trauma experience required

• Licensure: VA or compact strongly preferred; open to licensing
