Flexible PRN role with on-call pay at a new full-service hospital in Celina. Sterile Processing Technician (Certified) — PRN/on-call schedule: every other Wednesday and Thurs–Fri plus call; 16 hours/week; location: Methodist Celina Medical Center, Celina, TX; employment: PRN. • Graduate of approved Sterile Processing Technician program or Surgical Technologist program • Hospital-based on-the-job training acceptable • Must be certified (per title) or eligible • Clear communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work on-call and alternate-week schedule

In this highly visible, fast-paced, and challenging position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for our patients. The Sterile Processing Tech (Non-Certified) receives orders and restocks departmental supplies, gathers instruments for special carts, processes and sterilizes instrument trays and patient equipment.

Your Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved Sterile Processing Technician program
• Surgical Technologist program or on the Job training in a hospital based training program

Methodist Celina Medical Center is located on a 40+ acre campus just off of Dallas Parkway, and will serve as the community’s first full-service hospital, serving Celina and surrounding communities. The four-story medical center will open with 51 beds, with plans for expansion, and will feature a range of services including cardiology, women’s services, orthopedics, robotic surgery, and more. The campus will also include a 40,000-square-foot medical office building.
