Job Description
American Traveler seeks a Mammography Technologist with at least 1 year of experience for a weekday schedule with occasional Saturdays and floating within scope as needed.
Responsibilities
- Outpatient and facility-based mammography unit
- Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- One to two Saturdays required per month as needed
- If scheduled for a Saturday, a weekday off is provided
- No on-call responsibility
- Floating within facility and outpatient settings as needed
- Holiday coverage required based on shift assignment, per facility policy
- Return travelers must have been away from all Piedmont facilities for at least one full year
- No blocked scheduling permitted
- Local candidates accepted at the same rate
- Maximum of 7 days requested time off (RTO) allowed, with no RTO permitted during the first week
- Orientation scheduling may impact start date if compliance is not met in advance
- Travel pairs cannot be assigned to the same shift and unit
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Mammography Technologist
- Open to first-time travelers
- License required if applicable
- Two supervisory references required for job consideration
