Locum Tenens Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Obstetrics & Gynecology Surgery

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with substantial experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, particularly in robotic-assisted surgeries. The ideal candidate will assist in surgeries (C-sections, GYN surgeries, GYN-Oncology cases), participate in call coverage, and preferably provide outpatient OB/GYN care. The role encompasses both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, with potential telehealth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in OB/GYN surgical procedures, including:
- Cesarean sections
- Gynecologic surgeries
- Gynecologic oncology cases
- Provide call coverage as scheduled
- Conduct outpatient OB/GYN consultations and follow-ups (preferred)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Utilize Cerner EMR system for documentation and patient management
Schedule:
- Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call (Call Only and No Call shifts may also be available based on coverage needs)
- Telehealth opportunities available
Qualifications:
- Active Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
- Board Certification required
- Demonstrated experience in OB/GYN surgical procedures, including robotic assistance
- Proficiency in outpatient OB/GYN care (preferred)
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR system (preferred)
