Practice Details
- Round on patients in skilled nursing facilities and long-term care
- Team approach coordinating with specialists and surgeons, Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapies, Case Management, and Psychology
- Clinical Triage manages calls from facilities 7 days a week (no overnight call)
- Providers utilize smart technology with integrated voice recognition to complete patient encounters quickly and directly into EHR
- Guaranteed base salary along with bonus incentives (earn 275K -300K) and robust benefits
