Family or Internal Medicine Physician
Salary Range Starting at $210,000+ (Depends on Experience)

Requirements to apply
• MD/DO with completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
• Active Massachusetts medical license
• Board Certified (FM or IM)
• DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration (MCSR)
• Current BLS certification
• Experience with a community health center population and practice setting preferred.
Full-time outpatient primary care role (40 hrs/week) within a mission-driven community health setting, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to diverse urban populations.
Job Overview
Serve as the primary care provider for a defined patient panel within a Patient-Centered Care Model. Conduct outpatient visits, manage ongoing communication, coordinate safe transitions of care, and refer to appropriate specialties. Assess health risks, promote disease prevention, and practice evidence-based medicine with support from integrated care teams.
