Locum tenens opportunity for an experienced cardiovascular/cardiothoracic surgery Nurse Practitioner in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is based at an acute care hospital, and offers a chance to work closely with a high-performing cardiovascular and thoracic surgery team. Details:

• Start Date: September 25, 2025
• Location: Las Vegas, NV
• Setting: Acute care hospital
• Schedule: days per month
• Availability: Prefer blocks of 2 3 months for team continuity
• EMR: Cerner

Responsibilities:

• First assist in complex CVT surgical procedures
• Inpatient management including pre-, peri-, and postoperative care
• Rotating 24-hour first call coverage for CVT service
• Rounding, interdisciplinary coordination, and ER consults
• Diagnostic test interpretation and medication management
• Collaborative work within a multidisciplinary team
• Must have full first assist capabilities for complex CVT procedures
• CVT experience is required candidates without this background will not be considered

Requirements :

• NV state license; active, unrestricted
• Certifications- BLS, ACLS, DEA

Compensation:
