We are seeking a dedicatedand compassionate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physicianto join our patient-centered team in Denver, CO. As part of a certified LevelII Trauma Center and integrated network, you will work alongside care coordinators,behavioral health specialists, educators, and medical specialists to deliverhigh-quality, comprehensive care. Our model emphasizes a team-based approach tomanaging chronic conditions, treating acute illnesses, and deliveringpreventive services including routine health screenings and vaccinations.
Position Highlights
- Full-spectrum outpatient Family Medicine
- Team-based care model with embedded clinical and administrative support
- 4-day work week
- 30-minute appointment slots
- No nights or weekends
- Shared clinic call only
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. medical school
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Active Colorado medical license or ability to obtain
- DEA certification in good standing or ability to obtain

- Guaranteed base salary: $240,000-$260,000 annually
