Facility in Hartford, KY is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT). Caregiver must have doctorate of Physical Therapy or equivalent. Must have the ability to work with in-patients and out-patients. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 930a-6p (30 minute lunch and 2-15 minute paid breaks) and Friday 830-5p (30 minute lunch and 2-15 minute breaks).
